  1. There are times when users face the issue related to Outlook rules not working after migration to Office 365. If you encounter with such an issue then it is advisable to start by enabling the rules. Make sure that rules are enabled and if your rules are not enabled then it is advisable to follow the steps to enable it. To begin with, open Outlook and proceed to files > rules and alerts. From the dialog box, check the enabled checkboxes against the concerned rules are selected. If not then select one. Another reason why users encounter with such issues is rules don’t refer to a deleted folder or file. If certain rules refer to a mailbox folder or a file that’s deleted then you might face the issue of Outlook rules not working properly. You can smoothly check the dependencies of rule by double-clicking in rules and alerts dialog box. If there are references to the deleted file or folder then you can replace the file with the existing one. These are the steps that users need to follow to troubleshoot the issue of Outlook rules not working after migrating to Office 365.
